Product Engineer at Endra

ABOUT THE POSITION

Endra is developing the next generation AI service for the enormous market of MEP design (HVAC, Electrical, Sanitary) and tackling complex mathematical and algorithmic challenges with high technical depth. As a Product Engineer, you will be a key person in the team and serve as the technical link between our platform and our customers.

In this role, you will work on developing solutions in both backend and frontend, contributing to creating a platform with a high user experience. You will have significant ownership over features and drive development from idea to finished solution, in close collaboration with customers and domain experts. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities

As a Product Engineer, you fill a central, customer-facing role where you own both the problem and the solution. The role requires you to be solution-oriented and drive implementation and customer training to ensure that a feature lands correctly. You will, among other things:

  • Collaborate directly with domain experts and customers to automate workflows. You will train customers on how to use and develop with the platform, as well as translate their feedback into concrete technical improvements
  • Build high-performing services for our generative 2D/3D workflows
  • Contribute to design and user experience in the platform, focusing on creating intuitive and effective solutions for our customers
  • Take ownership of features from A to Z

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

... is really good at coding and has a high technical competence that allows you to quickly understand new problems. We believe that you:

  • Have at least 3–4 years of experience in C++
  • Are comfortable with Python
  • Have experience in GUI development with modern frameworks (Endra works in Svelte)
  • Are a Civil Engineer or have equivalent competence

It is a plus if you have:

  • Experience from product companies, gaming companies, or similar environments, and preferably have been in contact with customers
  • Background in CAD/BIM
  • Previous experience in 3D development
